Chelsea Jardim, Owner/Managing Director, Dough Bomb Donuts
Panellist- ‘Leadership: Leading from within to impact others as a Catholic’
Chelsea Jardim is the founder of Dough Bomb Donuts, a premium gourmet donut brand established in 2022 with the mission of elevating the donut experience in Trinidad and Tobago. Before entering the food industry, Chelsea studied Law with the University of London and later pursued a Master’s Degree in Project Management.
What began simply as a craving quickly turned into a business idea after recognizing a gap in Trinidad’s dessert industry for high-quality, creative donuts. Starting from the ground up, Chelsea first sold donuts at the Savannah on Independence Day night before expanding into office sales throughout Port of Spain, deliveries, and pop-up events across the country. From there, Dough Bomb grew into a dedicated commercial kitchen operation and eventually into its own storefronts through determination, growth, and strategic expansion.
Today, Dough Bomb Donuts has become known for its innovative flavours, premium quality, and strong brand presence, continuing to push the boundaries of the local dessert scene. Chelsea has since expanded the brand further with the launch of Glazed by Dough Bomb, a sister company focused on fresh glazed donuts and creative topping combinations, continuing the mission of bringing some of the best donuts to Trinidad and Tobago.
