33-day journey begins May 2

From Fr Jesse Maingot OP

Brothers and sisters! We are very near to May 2, the beginning of our 33-day journey to Dedication to our Eucharistic Jesus.

In 2024, we made our first 33-day journey and so many graces unfolded in incredible ways. I am really looking forward to seeing what the Lord will do in this journey with our new book How to be His.

For those who do not have a book in hand, do not worry, you can still make the journey digitally. Every day at 6 p.m. on Trinity TV, you will find a video that I have made that discusses each day of the book. You can also access an audio file of each day on catholictt.org where you can find other information as well.

A big part of the journey is to try and meet in parish communities as well as in our homes and families to discuss the book together. I suggest once a week having a formal gathering to share our thoughts about the readings that week. These gatherings are moments for us to share the deep movements of our heart and to witness to each other the different aspects of the mystery of the Eucharist that touch our heart.

What is most important is that we pray for each other on this journey. If we commit to this journey, we will benefit from each other’s prayers. God bless the journey!
