“Then the kingdom of God has come upon you.”
Luke 11: 14-23
In today’s Gospel Jesus gives His detractors a question to ponder – outlining to them the consequences of their decision.
If they make the wrong choice, they can find themselves going up against God.
With all that is going on in the Middle East – I wonder if the decision makers ponder the same consequences- or if they just assume – God is on my side.
Today’s Gospel passage challenges us to always ask ourselves this question: Which option is the will of God? How can I align my choice to God’s will?
And then through prayer ask for the grace of discernment to make the right choice.
