PART III
By Camille Mc Millan Rambharat
Workforce and Leadership Development Advisor
After a cover letter is submitted, the next step in any serious hiring process is the résumé review. A résumé is not sentiment. It is documentation. Employers are not looking for enthusiasm alone. They are looking for demonstrated capacity. They examine patterns of behavior, measurable impact, consistency over time, and integrity under responsibility.
A strong résumé answers essential questions. Has this candidate done what the role requires? Is there a credible record? Are the competencies demonstrated rather than merely claimed? Does the experience align with the depth of the crisis?
A careful review of the candidate’s documented works reveals a record of sustained authority and transformative impact.
Name: Jesus of Nazareth
Position Applied For: Redeemer of Humanity
Professional Summary
Mission-driven servant leader with authority over sin, suffering, nature, and death. Proven fulfilment of covenant promises and unwavering obedience to the will of the Father.
Experience
Incarnation
The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. This was not symbolic proximity. It was full immersion. He entered the human condition while remaining fully divine.
Teaching with Authority
He taught not as the scribes but with clarity and conviction. Crowds recognised authority in His words. Truth was proclaimed without compromise.
Demonstrated Authority Over Brokenness
He gave sight to the blind. He cleansed lepers. He restored mobility to the paralysed. He calmed storms. He multiplied bread in the wilderness. These were not spectacles but signs. Each revealed authority over a dimension of fallen creation.
Authority to Forgive
When He declared, ‘your sins are forgiven’, He exercised jurisdiction over the deepest human fracture.
Leadership Formation
He called twelve disciples from diverse backgrounds and formed them into apostles. Fishermen, a tax collector, a zealot. He corrected, restored, and commissioned them. Sustainable leadership was not theoretical. It was formed.
Consistency Under Scrutiny
He remained obedient in the desert when tempted. He remained truthful when challenged. He remained compassionate when exhausted. A résumé reveals sustained faithfulness, not isolated brilliance.
Fulfilment of Covenant
Promises spoken through generations converged in Him. What was foretold became embodied reality.
A résumé establishes credibility. It demonstrates capacity before crisis intensifies.Yet even the strongest credentials are not the final test. Experience shows authority. Character is proven under pressure.
Next week, the setting shifts from ministry to trial. The résumé will be weighed against suffering. The claims will be tested at Calvary.
At the Cross, the interview begins.
When darkness feels normal: conscience, crime, and the cry for mercy and justice
