From Fr Jesse Maingot OP
Brothers and sisters! Our Archdiocese is about to embark on another 33-day journey to dedicate ourselves to our Eucharistic Jesus!
This is no ordinary journey. It will be a spiritual communion of grace and a movement of prayer across the whole Archdiocese.
Do you want to benefit from all these graces of prayer and sacrifice? Do not miss the journey which begins May 2 and ends on Dedication Day on Corpus Christi, June 4.
To join, please get your copy of How to Be His: A 33 Day Dedication to Our Eucharistic Jesus. This is a book I co-authored with Fr Ignatius Schweitzer OP and published with Sophia Institute Press. We encourage people to form discussion groups with family members and fellow parishioners to reflect on the days in the book.
For a limited time only, the book will be available at a special price online (US$6/roughly TT$40-45). Please visit our Archdiocese’s website, catholictt.org, to see how to purchase the book online. Books will have to be collected at special collection points to facilitate distribution.
To facilitate printing deadlines and distribution of the book at this special cost, please place your order online before March 23. All orders after this date will not be processed. The book is available on Amazon at any time but at the US retailing cost.
Some books will be available in some Catholic bookshops for those who cannot buy online but this is limited. Check your nearest Catholic bookshop for availability.
Parishes: We are also encouraging parishes where possible to pre-register participants so that the parish can know how to order cases of the book online. There is an option on the online website to order cases of the book (44 bks in a case).
How to join the journey?
Visit catholictt.org and look for the 33-day journey tab. Follow the link to the order page on Sophia Institute Press.
Pick up at your collection centre with ID after April 20 (If you are buying for someone else, place the order in your own name to avoid problems at collection—we can only distribute to those who are registered and have ID with them and paid for the book online).
On May 2, begin the Journey to Dedication Day.
Check catholictt.org for updates about the journey throughout the 33-day journey.
