Lord give me a sign
Luke 11: 29 – 32
‘The only sign it will be given is the sign of Jonah’
Have you walked for many years with the Lord in confidence and yet go through moments of asking for a sign when hardship comes?
In these grave times of distress do I question my maker and hide myself from his mercy and love because I cannot pray, I cannot sit still because I am so consumed with confusion, anger and fear?
Papa, Abba, Father send your Comforter, the Holy Spirit to be with me in times of distress, to comfort, to strengthen my weak places, heal and deliver me.
Lord, I pray, open my eyes to see with clarity what Your call holds for me, that I may stand firm to the end trusting in You. I believe that You my God, my true Bridegroom are with me, fighting to give me the victory over every hardship in this life. In Jesus name I ask with thanksgiving. Amen.
