
“He is out of his mind”
Mark 3:20-21
It sounds like the “Price of a Prophetic.” The isolation that comes with being set apart and living a consecrated life. This scripture is proof that when we move “full speed ahead” in the Spirit, we are often moving at a frequency that people operating in the natural simply cannot understand.
The diagnosis is that Jesus has lost his senses. It’s a striking reminder that even those closest to Jesus struggled to understand his divine mission. To them, his behavior looked like a mental breakdown or religious mania, deeply humanizing. Isn’t that what we face today in taking the ‘narrow path?’ Spiritual warfare, a sign that we are actually on the right track.
Brothers and sisters, it is divine empowerment, supernatural flow, physical strength, uncommon wisdom, effortless effectiveness, all a presence of God’s power. The crowd: The most immediate reason was that word had spread about Jesus’ power to cure the incurable. The people were desperate for teaching, healing, and deliverance. May we shift from the external chaos of the world to the internal surrender to God and be healed.
