A seven-member delegation from the Society of St Vincent de Paul (SVP) St Joseph Conference, Tobago, led by National President Nigel Phillips, and Conference President Jean Nichols, visited Grenada from November 22–23.
In collaboration with SVP National President of Grenada, Sherma Charles, the group met with the Cathedral Conference and exchanged and shared ideas, after which they journeyed to the Fr Mallaghan Home for Boys and chatted and sang with the young men.

On Sunday, November 23, the Feast of Christ the King, the group journeyed to the Crochu Parish, where they participated in a joyful celebration at Holy Mass. Following Mass, both the Tobago and Crochu Conferences visited the St Martin De Porres Home for the Elderly. We sang, worshipped, and ministered to the elderly. Gifts were given to the two institutions.
This visit was indeed an inspiring, spirit-filled and evangelical mission to Grenada, and we returned spiritually renewed. This is what our Vincentian journey is about—growing together in holiness, and it was indeed wonderful to see the network of charity across the Caribbean. —Jean Nichols, President, St Joseph Conference, Tobago
