His love is constant, faithful, and personal.
Luke 12:1-7
In today’s Gospel, Jesus assures us: “There is no need to be afraid. You are worth more than many sparrows.” These words are both tender and endearing. Fear is one of the greatest burdens we carry, fear of what others may say, fear of suffering, fear of being alone. Yet Jesus reminds us that our Father sees, knows, and cherishes us so deeply that even the hairs on our heads are counted. Nothing about our lives escapes His loving gaze.
If this is true, then fear does not have the final word. We can face trials, criticism, and uncertainty with courage, because our worth does not depend on the world’s judgment, but on God’s love. His love is constant, faithful, and personal.
“There is no need to be afraid.” These are not empty words, but the foundation of Christian hope. Today, let us carry them in our hearts, trusting that we are safe in God’s hands, infinitely precious to Him.
