There’s a lovely rewards programme that still gets underestimated.
Have you ever stopped to consider the rewards that are aligned with our acts of surrender?
Have you ever wondered what the rewards of surrender might look like, when we allow them to be accumulated and cashed in over many periods in our lives?
I recently experienced an unexpected moment of tapping into the rewards of surrender.
But how did I know that and how was I able to determine and discern them?
At first, I didn’t think about it, but it didn’t take me too long, to recognise the relationship between my daring acts of letting go and letting God.
And that’s the thing—acts of surrender sometimes feel like a high-risk activity but we all can testify to how those points are gained and more importantly, how they get redeemed.
Like Proverbs 3:5-6 one thing that can be remarked each time we receive the stash of surrender rewards, we’re walking the path of truly trusting in the Lord.
As pilgrims of hope and people of faith, are we taking the time to recognise and reap your rewards?
And within the bigger plan that God has for us, are you ready to surrender?
