Why not become a priest or religious sister?

I remember the first time I met Father Christo. I had signed up for a class in Apologetics, at Christ the King Parish.
He paraded his Altar Servers, calling each one of them by name and calling out their results and academic achievements in various examinations. He then proceeded to tell the class, that so many parents stop their children from participating in religious studies and service because they believe their children would not do well in their examinations. “He show dem!”
We need Catechists, Priests, and Religious Sisters to continue the work of Jesus and His disciples.
We have all kinds of excuses. “Ah busy,” “not me and dem chuch people” and of course “I am not holy enough.”
I think we should consider serving. Are you thirty years old or over? Have you done it all? Think something is missing? Why not become a priest or religious sister?
