My friend Ria makes the best sada roti’
One day I went to see how she does it. I was fascinated by how a little bit of baking powder was added to the flour and when it is roasting on the fire it can swell huge. The joy that we get from eating Ria’s roti is unbelievable……. especially when served with some hot fry aloo and kuchela on the side.
Pay attention to the little thing. There is so much blessings in the ordinariness of our lives that if we stop to examine them, we will realize that our blessings are overflowing.
Yes! A million dollars would make me happy but so does sada roti, so does a friend dropping a bag of julie mangoes or finding big zabooca selling cheap.
Let us be like the baking powder and in our simplicity transform the world.
