Main character energy

What if I were to tell you that you are the one? You are the one chosen by God. Say it with me, “I’m her!” or “I’m him!”

What if God has chosen you as one of His loyal soldiers? He has proclaimed that when you ask Him for guidance, He is setting you on the righteous path to do His will.

You are not normal. You are a cut above the rest. As a child of God, along this path that He has set out for you, only you can do it. You are the only you that has ever or will ever exist. So only you can complete this journey that God has carved out for you. You are the main character in this story, but the enemy knows this, and it terrifies him.

God is calling you to exude main character energy because this is your story. You know what ‘main character energy’ is, right? The confidence, charisma, expertise, ‘can-do-it-all’ charm, and aura that is exuded from the main characters in movies and shows.

It’s like they know they are the main character, and it shows. God is calling you to have that main character energy, but the enemy has you fooled. He would have you believe that you are less.

The world around you is telling you that you are less than you are. You see yourself in the eyes of the world, in the eyes that the Devil wants you to see through. However, you aren’t seeing yourself for the great potential that you have through the eyes of God.

I’m him. To be him you have to stop wondering why you are going through all these different challenges and accept that you are the one that God has chosen, so of course it will come with hardships to shape you into the warrior that He sees you to be.

I’m her. To be her, you have to stop falling for all the distractions that the enemy is laying on your path. He is trying to distract you from your success, distract you from the greatness to  which God is leading you.

Stop drinking from the wrong wells. If the source of your water is not God, then you know it is that of the enemy and will lead you away from your path.

The truth is God has put something unbelievably valuable inside of you. You don’t even realise you have it. You wonder why the enemy is coming for you so aggressively and why God allows it to happen.

You have to see the strength that you possess within you, given by God. If you knew how strong you were, you would laugh in the face of these trivial attacks by the enemy.

Nurture that seed God has placed within you and share it with the world once it has developed. You will be targeted more because you aren’t normal. God will use you in ways that you cannot fathom so you have to trust Him. If you saw yourself the way God saw you, it would all make sense.

God can’t force you to see it, but you can explore your faith and deepen the bonds with God through the Bible, prayer, church, and all these different avenues we have available to us to develop our faith.

Then you will see. You will see and be amazed at your ability. Your main character energy will shine bright. You will jump into battle with a smile because you know you have God on your side.

Therein lies the secret to tapping into your main character energy, you need to let God in completely and trust the path He sets out for you. Because if God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31).
