What is God Intelligence?

By Daniel Francis

I have recently had a full-circle type of experience. Here is some context.

In 2020, I launched my first book The Millennial Mind. As we all know that was also the year that Covid entered our shores. By the grace of God, I was somehow able to launch my book virtually and have massive success even though the majority of the country was essentially shut down.

With a little over 1500 copies sold in that first year and my second book in the works, I found myself in a curious predicament. Each week I was bombarded by requests from aspiring authors requesting information on how they could successfully write and self-publish their books similar to what they had seen me do.

Each day I found myself having long conversations trying to lay out the framework for self-publishing but speaking to persons on a one-by-one basis was becoming counterproductive.

So in 2021, I decided to host free monthly author webinars. These webinars were held over Zoom and the purpose was to share all the detailed information I had about writing, self-publishing, marketing, and selling your first book.

It became somewhat of a mission for me as I knew what it was like being starved for vital information and not knowing exactly where to turn. I did not want any aspiring author to experience that.

So, the free webinars continued all through 2021 and some of 2022. It was even through these webinars that my publishing company One Momentum Publishing was birthed.

During those first free webinar sessions, there were a few people who stood out. They asked many questions during the webinars, and they made it a point to stay in contact over the years. They would tell me that they know they have a book in them, and they will use the information I shared to bring it to life.

They would periodically message me asking for advice or specific resources along their writing or self-publishing journey.

One such person is Simone Warner-King. I remember many of our initial online interactions because she spoke about creating a faith-based book that would be nothing like we have ever seen before. I was intrigued and whenever she reached out to me, I would help her in whatever way I could along her journey.

Fast forward to this year and I was pleased when Simone messaged me earlier this year and told me that her book was finally written, and she wanted my company to format and publish it on her behalf. I was elated and excited for her. This was years in the making and the name alone underscored the uniqueness of the book: God Intelligence: Discover the Code to Live Life Successfully.

We all know about artificial intelligence, but Simone asks the question, “Well, what about God Intelligence?”, this inherent blueprint within all of us that God has imprinted.

In her book, she references these different codes that we all have that not only bring us closer to God but naturally allow us to act in ways that express His will.

During her book launch at NALIS Library on Saturday, June 8, she gave the story of how she got the original inspiration for her book. She said that she was in a meeting where a specialist was showcasing a normal operating system when suddenly some damaging malware entered the system and began corrupting all the code. Then in real time, she watched as the anti-virus system scanned and removed the malware infection and restored the original programming.

As she saw this her mind saw a parallel between what she saw and our relationship with God and sin. Each individual is the system, the malware is sin, the anti-virus system is God, and one of the actions that help clear our sins is Confession.

One thing I must mention from the book launch was the overwhelming presence of God. Members from her church were in full attendance and at times the book launch felt more like praise and worship than a book launch.

Congratulations to you, Simone, on the launch of your first book and we hope to see many more.
