Liturgy School will be held for two weeks from Monday, July 29 to Saturday, August 10, 2024. This year, as has happened for the last few years, Liturgy School will be online. The theme for this year’s School is: A Synodal Church: On Misson in Prayer and Hope. Lectures will be held in the first week from Monday, July 29 to Friday, August 2 from 7–8.30 p.m. This year, in keeping with the idea of synod, participation and walking together, we have included more group discussions and feedback.
The second week, Monday, August 5 – Friday 9 is set aside for workshops from 7–9 p.m. A list of these will be made available soon.
The final day, Saturday, August 10, there will be an in-person session at the Max Murphy Hall, Chaguanas culminating in the celebration of Mass at the Church of St Philip and St James.
Look out for registration information which will soon be available in The Catholic News and in parish offices. Note the deadline date for submission so as to avoid disappointment. Please also note that registration and payment can only be done online. There will be no facility for in-person payments.
We extend a warm welcome to all past participants and those who will be joining us for the first time. Let us all walk together in Synodal Friendship.
