Happy Easter!
Not to diminish Christmas, Easter is the most wonderful time of the year. That warm fuzzy feeling waking up on Easter Sunday and every day after, knowing Our Lord has risen. It is amazing! And today is just the beginning of the 8-week celebration.
Who would we be if not for the celebration of Easter?
Do I dare to consider if I would have believed the soldiers’ story, if I lived at that time? Nope, I am just grateful for my belief and the joy that fills my heart during the Easter season.
I thank God today for the gift of His Son and pray that I take with me this feeling of awe and joy throughout the year, and like the women at the tomb, spread the good news.
