Come to the feet of Jesus and be healed, nourished and refreshed.
Mathew 15: 29-37
On our journey in life, Jesus meets us where we are.
When the disciples were faced with a situation that seemed unsolvable, Jesus engaged them. He gently led them into introspection. If we are honest with the Lord, admitting our own shortcomings, He can work through us.
He then moves us on to the next phase. He can use what we have and multiply it for the building of His kingdom and our own physical and spiritual nourishment; but only at the feet of Jesus can we experience this.
When we strip ourselves of ourselves and are fed by the graces of the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church; when as individuals we bring ourselves to the feet of Jesus, then Jesus can feed others through us.
We should never fear being broken and shared by the Lord, for grace shall be poured out in abundance and we shall never run dry.
