Penal parish agricultural project launched

St Dominic’s RC Church, Penal, under the direction of The Core Foundation and Ariaponics Limited, launched its Hydroponics Agricultural Project on April 14. Some members of the youth ministry were engaged in the first training session with Alex Jones. They learnt about the operations and planting processes involved in hydroponics.

Training will be ongoing, they will continue to learn about the benefits of growing one’s own food and self-sustainability. It is hoped that our parish community benefit from this system as our youth seek to grow and supply food to our parishioners and community at large.
