Stand up and testify; and, like John the Baptist, be willing to pay the price.
Matthew 11: 2 – 11
You have received the gift of the Spirit from the Father. Accept it with joy; but know that this gift is given to you to stand firm in times of adversity. He has said to you, “Privileged child, watch around as far as your eyes can see and know that all I have belongs to you. I was there with you from the beginning, watching over you night and day; now, let your life be a testimony to this. Go, light the world.”
Like a tree in the wilderness, standing tall and strong against the wind, offering shade and shelter from the approaching storm; yes, quietly fulfilling its purpose. The gift of the Spirit is for you to quietly fulfil your purpose.
This is what you were sent to see: loyalty in the midst of persecution, peace in times of trouble and the light throughout this dark hour. Continue to warn and encourage others. Still, stand up and testify; and, like John the Baptist, be willing to pay the price.
