Catholic Children on Fire for Christ (CCFC) is a Ministry which has as its main purpose the evangelisation of students within the government primary and secondary schools of Trinidad and Tobago to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
For ease of administration, CCFC is divided into the five vicariates: Central, Eastern/Tobago, Northern, Southern, and Suburban vicariates, whereby the various government schools can receive the necessary evangelisation.
Presently, the Ministry is recruiting evangelisers to assist us in the ongoing programme at the government schools. The vision and mission statements of the Ministry clearly states that the focus is the building and empowering of the students in the government schools about the knowledge of Jesus Christ – the need to build and have a relationship with Him.
CCFC is anticipating that all persons, who, over the years have received the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour will assist them in whatever way possible to ensure that our children and young adults get the opportunity to hear and receive the Good News of the gospel as it will encourage the students in the government schools to come into that much needed relationship with God their Father, His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in the power of the Trinity.
The aim of the Ministry is to afford the upcoming generation the gift that was afforded us by our fore parents, which today has benefitted us tremendously as we continue in our Father’s love through His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.
The direction of CCFC is one that is Christ centred, for God has given the Ministry the responsibility for the well-being of His children in their upbringing according to His Word, and He has in His Word made it quite clear to those of us who would mislead them what will await us.
It is with this in mind that the community of CCFC needs (and is requesting) the support of all those who will volunteer their time and service to working with our children and young adults.
