The Cover or The Inside

Why judge a book by its cover? Did you take time to turn the pages, read the words and understand it?

Life is like a book. Many times, a man, woman, or child is judged by his or her appearance, but did anyone take time to know or understand them? Sometimes a person may have a black heart because of their life journey and experience. Some may have a heart of gold, but still their stories are all untold. Pain, sorrow, and suffering are a must, we just go through them in different ways.

Finding true, divine, unconditional love is very difficult. Sometimes when we think we found it, we discover that we did not. An individual may give their all to another in love but he or she may never consider or appreciate their sacrifices.

Hence the reason God said give Him your all in Matthew 19:21. Jesus said, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven.”

Whether we are strong or weak it does not matter, we always have to be on the beat. Time waits on no one and life we have no control of. So why take it? Why restrict it, physically, spiritually, or mentally? To some it’s to gain is to claim, others use, abuse and misuse, aren’t we all being fools?

We always give to want and want to give, but who really desires to freely live.
