“Give us today our daily bread.”
Luke 11:1-4
If only we could pull back the veil of this world, we will understand this world is a tunnel to our true and final home – Heaven with Our Father.
If only we could open our spiritual eyes for one moment we will see and understand the shortness of our life on earth, yet we were meant to practice here on earth as it will be in Heaven.
If only we would stretch our minds and hearts upwards to God; all fretting, fear, negativity will be exchanged for our daily bread of joy and peace that knows no understanding.
If only we can accept the daily bread God provides- yet we do not, as it often does not suit our palate, so we sample from the buffet of this life, rejecting the food provided by ABBA.
Papa, look with pity on Your ignorant and rebellious children, may we eat only from Your Hands so that we may live.
