Tuesday July 13th: Ungratefulness worse than obeah

For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day.

Matthew 11: 20 -24

Wow! Imagine Jesus experienced this too! The old people have a saying: “ungratefulness worse than obeah” Regardless of the many miracles Jesus did those communities still did not repent.
Let me tell you something about me. I am an entrepreneur and every time the month end comes along, I pray that God helps me to find the money and every month he provides. Yet somewhere before the end of each month I start doubting God again. I start getting worried and every month God shows up and grants me the same miracle. I know for sure that I pray for help but I have no memory of saying thanks.
Could I be Chorazin? Could we be the people that God has done so much for and we do not change our behavior? Reflect today on the many blessings that the Lord has given to you and show your appreciation with a changed behavior.
