Lucy Cathy-Ann Wright-Auguste — Manager, Finance

Lucy Wright-Auguste has over 30 years in financial management and accounting in private and publicly traded organisations across the Caribbean. With a strong technical background, corporate decision-making experience and an aptitude for modern technology, during her professional career she has held positions as an Internal and External Auditor, Financial Controller, Corporate Secretary.

Wright-Auguste holds a master’s degree in Small and Medium Enterprise Management and a BSc Accounting. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accounts of Ontario. Her experience has not only led her to form her own consultancy firm but also to tutor and mentor professionals throughout the region.

Anna-Maria Garcia-Brooks — Episcopal Delegate for Commissions

Anna-Maria Garcia-Brooks is a professional with over 35 years’ experience in business and banking.  Twenty-eight of those years were spent leading the Marketing, Communications, Human Resource and Administration functions in the Republic Bank Group.

A certified Change Management Professional,  Garcia-Brooks holds an Executive MBA from The University of the West Indies and has completed executive education programmes at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Programme (SEP) at Stanford Graduate School of Business.  She was named one of The University of the West Indies’ Distinguished Alumni in 2014 and a Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago in 2021.

Garcia-Brooks was a founding member of the Nova Committee of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce and served on the Board of Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited. She is the Chairman of Catholic Media Services Limited and a Director of B&B (Transformation) Solutions Limited, The Love Movement and the International Women’s Forum Trinidad and Tobago (IWFTT).
