Pope Francis, through the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, has appointed Bishop Michel Marie Jacques Dubost CIM, Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Evry-Corbeil-Essonnes (France), Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Cayenne, French Guiana.
According to an April 9 release from the Antilles Episcopal Conference, the decree of nomination, dated April 7, has been duly forwarded to Bishop Dubost, while the information has been communicated to clergy and faithful of the Diocese of Cayenne.
