The Catholic Education Board of Management (CEBM) has a new chairman.
Derek Hudson was installed at the CEBM’s AGM on Wednesday, February 10. Archbishop Jason Gordon and other Board members expressed their gratitude to Dr Roland Baptiste who has served as chairman since 2012. Dr Baptiste was presented with a 20-inch statue of St Joseph as a keepsake and will serve in an advisory capacity at the request of the new chairman.
Hudson is a geologist with more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas sector. He retired in 2019 as Vice-President, Country Chairman of Shell Trinidad and Tobago. Hudson is the Chair of Scotiabank’s Board of Directors.
