The Our Lady of Fatima, Curepe community welcomed six new confirmands who were conferred with the Sacrament of Confirmation, as the final step in their RCIA journey.
The rite was conducted by parish priest Fr Arnold Francis during the morning Mass on Sunday, January 24 at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church.
COVID-19 restrictions had delayed the ceremony; however, their waiting was well spent as it allowed the candidates to participate in online sessions of Bible study and spiritual development with their sponsors.
