“Indeed, from his fullness we have, all of us, received – yes, grace in return for grace”
John 1: 1 – 18
For most, it has been a long, hard road to get here; but it is finally here, the end of 2020 bringing with it the hope that 2021 will be much better.
There is a funny post I saw on social media. “If you thought 2020 was bad wait until it turns 21 and can drink!” It reminds me that, for a lot of persons the hardships will continue into the new year as lay-offs and closures continue to occur.
As we end this difficult year, it is important for us to continue to be the light that shines in the darkness for those in need and be witnesses through our actions.
I pray that as we embark on this new year, that we do not forget the virtues of sharing and giving the season teaches us, so that we can continue to bring joy and hope to those less fortunate.
