During the COVID-19 pandemic stay-home policy, Keshawn Mitchell, a Standard 5 pupil of Arima Boys’ RC, along with his parents who are both essential workers, decided to give back to their country by making and donating masks to people in their immediate and wider community.
What started off as a small family project, blossomed into something more meaningful as the family used this opportunity to remind others that ‘We are in this together’. More than 100 masks were made, packaged, and donated to Keshawn’s friends and families as well as to some of our hard-working essential workers.
