With such resounding achievements, this school stands proud in ensuring that the innate creativity of every child is manifested. So, too, in the pursuit of encouraging the development in the students, the academic ability in each student is sure to take a rocket leap in striving for excellence and further developing the holistic child.
Their Annual Achievement Day function was held the day prior to the SANFEST Prize-giving Ceremony to honour the students who excelled in academics as well as areas which included Sport, Visual and Performing Arts, Essay Writing and Civics.
St Gabriel’s continues to encourage the development of well-rounded students and those who are on the threshold of achieving their dreams. This was underscored in the school’s 2019 Achievement Day theme Follow Your Dreams, They Know The Way.
The principal reaffirmed in her message on Achievement Day, the importance of Catholic education to the development of these young citizens of our country. Each child proudly acclaimed “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, for I am seated in Christ at God’s right hand.’
