Cluster bids farewell to Fr Harold

On Saturday, January 5 scores of persons flocked to the grounds of St Anthony’s RC Church, Tabaquite where the annual ‘Les Rois’ (Lewah)—the coming of the Kings— celebrations were held.
The celebration began with Holy Mass, at which the main celebrant was Fr Meenuga Prabhudas MSFS and we were graced with the presence of Deacon Simon Rostant and our very own seminarian Paul Ramlogan who delivered the homily. He spoke of the kings and of the many times God revealed himself to persons, the shepherds, the kings, and to us.
Los Alumnos de San Juan formed part of the choir and did parts of the Mass in parang. The Mass flowed into the Lewah celebration where we had ten bands which took us through to the wee hours of the morning.
We thank God for blessing us with wonderful weather and an incident-free event. We say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported and assisted in making this event a huge success.- A parishioner
