Spirit Global held its first annual Republic Day event entitled ‘I am that I am’ at The Tree House, St Joseph’s Village, San Fernando. The opening prayer was said by Sr Antoinette O Carm of The Lady Hochoy Home, South.
The highlight of the morning was the featured speaker, Fr Urban Hudlin OP, whose talk was like fine dining, with words for everyone. He espoused all the names of God reminding us that God is with us and for us in every season of our lives.
Spirit Global spiritual director Jemma Allong-Redman along with Board members, Mary Garcia-Saney, Yvette Kong, Marsha John, and friends of the Spirit Global community, Dotsie Bacchus and Charlene Garcia, were very pleased with the turnout of over 80 persons and the wonderful performance by Michael Dingwell, singer/saxophonist, with sound artist James Grannum providing the music .
It was a great celebration of our identity in Christ.
The mission of Spirit Global is to contribute to the upliftment and development of our society through personal and spiritual transformation.
