The ‘Win a Trip to Rome’ winner is…

After seven weeks of anticipation and thousands of entries, the winners of Catholic Media Services’ Ltd (CAMSEL) ‘Win a Trip to Rome’ promotion were drawn last Wednesday at CAMSEL’s office Independence Square, Port of Spain.

The promotion started February 18 and the deadline for entries was April 6.

The winner of the first prize, the trip to Rome is: Maureen Punch, of Edinburgh 500, from the St Philip and St James parish. Getting the second prize, an all-inclusive five-day trip for two to Punta Cana courtesy Amral’s Travel is Jocelyn Balkissoon of Philippine, San Fernando, a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church; third prize, two airline tickets to Tobago plus a weekend for two courtesy Kariwak Village go to St Peter’s RC, Carenage parishioner Rosanna Augustine of Pt Cumana, and Sita Gonzales of the Church of the Holy Spirit, Malabar can look forward to enjoying the fourth prize of a classic European facial courtesy Minu Paradiis.

Deacon Lennox Toussaint, a board member of CAMSEL was the host for the draw recapping the prizes up for grabs and announcing the names of the winners; CAMSEL General Manager Lucille Nathu gave opening and closing remarks. She thanked all the sponsors of the event and staff members for their efforts in ensuring a successful promotion.

Marketing Officer Shervon Penco spun the basket while Catholic News Senior Writer Lara Pickford-Gordon and Writer/ Media Relations Officer, Kaelanne Jordan selected from the many entries.
